We recently commissioned Dan to carry out a full snagging inspection on our new-build home, and the service exceeded every expectation.

He was extremely thorough and meticulous from start to finish. He identified over 160 issues, many of which we would never have noticed ourselves. The level of detail in his work was genuinely impressive.

Dan inspected every part of the property — not just the obvious areas.

Inside the house, he checked every room, fixture, fitting, window, door, ceiling, paint finish, and piece of flooring with outstanding attention to detail.

He even removed every door latch cover to ensure all locks were properly fitted, clean, and functioning correctly.

Outside, he examined the entire roofline, brickwork, guttering, canopies, fencing and landscaping.

Absolutely nothing was overlooked.

The snag list he produced was exceptionally clear and well-structured, broken down by trade, making it very easy for the builder to action each item. His report was far more comprehensive than anything we’ve encountered elsewhere.

DVA Snagging services completed a professional snag list on my new build property, this was a new business start up and the list was all put in order of which trades needed to snag before other trades and really easy for me to deal with the builders and their contractors, they didn’t leave no stone unturned and I was emailed the list before they left the property for me to forward straight onto the builder, he started in the loft space and picked up finished the internal before completing the external. Phenomenal list and can’t speak highly enough of them.

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic from start to finish, the sales side made sure to explain everything clearly and kept in constant communication with me!
